Did You Know? Nude is the New "New!"
Nude is the new neutral and the new 'It' tone for a minimalist, yet super chic look. Nude plays well in the sandbox with any other color, the same way that Black and White pair with any hue. Yet, there's something more subtle and soft spoken, but at the same time unequivocally noticeable about this, dare I say 'color'. It's like the new girl in class that everyone has a curiosity about and wants to get to know better. You know, the whole "still waters run deep" thing.
Now we can all make noticeably soft waves in the water and be "cool like that" by simply walking in with a pair of Nude shoes on. And I'm here to deliver the sweet news that you can choose your "new" in any style that you want; wedgies, kitten heels, block heels, stilettos, flats, platforms, flip flops and even sneakers! Designers and retailers are in love with this "new girl", realizing that Nude is hands down the new "New" and have produced for us an array of styles to fit any look.
I've curated some of my favorite Nude shoe styles here. I've personally been enjoying this block, kitten heel . They pair with almost anything, whether it be shorts, dresses, skirts, slacks or jeans. Unbelievably, the best part about this shoe is not even the whole "works well with others" thing, but rather finding a comfortable wear in a really nice heel! I'm a girl still chasing her dreams, you know. However, I'm old enough and wise enough to know that you won't win in the game of chase wearing stilettos!
