Quick Snacks~Apples & Parm

Starting the week off on a good note, maintaining balance between work, home and all of the holiday excitements. So, I'm going back to yoga class today! Beforehand, having one of my fav go to snacks that is light, but enough to sustain until after my work out. Apples & Parmesan cheese; easy and a good eat. I chose the Piñata apple (a cross between Golden Delicious and Duchess) because it's perfectly not too sweet and not too tangy. Simply slice and top with shaved Parmesan...Delish!...And now off to the start of another wonderful week ;-)
